Warranty / Guarantee

All of our products are UK supplied and come with a complete warranty in the same way that you would receive a warranty if you bought a product from a traditional retail shop.

All of our products have at least a 1-year parts warranty and some of our larger items have even longer.

In most instances we will arrange to collect and/or repair disabled scooters.

This warranty does not cover maintenance problems such as flat batteries, punctures and general wear and tear.  In these instances a call out charge will usually apply.

Contact us on 0208 44 33  800 and within 24 hours a trained engineer will be in contact with yourself to arrange repair or replacement.

After this 1-year period, we will still make an engineer available to you should you need one but at our competitive rates.
